LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS
An advanced leadership workshop program designed to enhance leadership skills and capabilities for a wide range of business management, development and licensing professionals, R&D personnel who have significant business development responsibilities and IP professionals experienced in the licensing process.
The workshops are designed to build leadership skill for experienced executives to lead their companies and employees to achieve peak performance.
The first job of an executive is to inspire, influence, lead and transform their business to succeed in all economic conditions. Leaders inspire people to think outside the box, to transform perspectives into reality, and create expectations and goals that determine outcome.
The workshops will be led by experienced educators and professionals. They will demonstrate how to be successful by modeling what success looks like. Learn how to influence your business by role modeling, coaching, mentoring and transforming your people.

Leadership Forum 1- Motivation, Goal Setting & Accountability
Dr. Steven J. Lorenzet
Dr. Lorenzet is Dean of the College of Business Administration at Rider University. He is also the former director of Cultivating Resources for Excellence in the World of Work (CREW), a program providing leadership and interpersonal skills training. His articles have appeared in many journals and publications and he has received multiple awards.
His topic will address motivation, goal-setting and accountability as they relate to individual and team performance.

Leadership Forum 2 - Neurolinguistic Programming
Stephanie C. Shipper
Ms. Shipper is a trained Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) executive who has trained executives in NLP to enhance their personal and professional relationships by understanding styles of communication and perception.

This workshop will focus on NLP skills to enhance communication in everyday life. The course objective will be to understand why communications work or fail, how you may become a more effective communicator and how to access the potential in self and others.

Leadership Forum 3 - The Porsche Story
Peter W. Schutz
Mr. Schutz was President and CEO of Porsche AG from 1980 until 1988 and was instrumental in growing revenues from 850 million to 3.7 billion DM. Prior to joining Porsche he served 15 years in various positions at Caterpillar Tractor and spent 11 years at Cummins Engine Company. He has received many awards and has spoken before many organizations in the U.S. , Europe and Far East.
In this workshop, Mr. Schutz will share his experiences as CEO of Porsche AG and how businesses today operate in a very competitive environment. He will address how businesses desperately strive for a competitive edge and how it can be achieved and maintained by getting extraordinary results from ordinary people.
